pmResponsibilities.
Provide attention to external visitors and channel them to the corresponding area.
Management and registration of care provided or services provided to clients.
Reception of visitors and informing about simple company issues.
Capture telephone calls and channel them in an appropriate and timely manner.
(telephone service) Carry out administrative assistance and support tasks for processing, distribution and various basic documentary archives.
Collect, sort and distribute mail to departments or individuals and prepare and send correspondence and shipments.
Arrange appointments or interviews for visitors and clients.
Lead visitors and customers to the right place or person they are looking for.
