What You’ll Do.
Lead Generation.
Make outbound cold calls to homeowners, introducing them to our real estate services and identifying potential leads.
Dialer Management.
Use the Mojo dialing system to efficiently manage calls, with training provided for other software as needed.
Research & Database Management.
Research and compile new leads to maintain a consistent flow of opportunities.
Communication & Empathy.
Handle each call with professionalism and empathy, especially when speaking with homeowners in distressing situations.
Value Articulation.
Clearly communicate our value proposition, navigating complex information to pinpoint viable leads.
The Profile What You Bring.
Cold Calling Experience.
Proven experience in cold calling, sales, or customer service, ideally within the real estate industry.
Clear & Compassionate Communication.
Fluent English with the ability to speak clearly and minimize accent for effective communication.
Software Savvy.
Experience with lead management tools like Mojo, with a willingness to learn new systems.
Research & Organization Skills.
Strong ability to research, organize, and prioritize lead information.
Resilience & Positivity.
Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a friendly, engaging demeanor.
