Resumen de trabajo Manages the local supply for the assigned plant(s) and regional sourcing portfolio in accordance with Global Procurement policies, systems and procedures, while contributing to the execution of the Global Procurement strategies through active participation on assigned Category Excellence Teams.
Responsibilities Knowledge of Procurement •Deep understanding of procurement and key supply markets locally •Mature related experience in sourcing, supply chain, suppliers Procurement best practice •Mature Procurement best practices locally Strong knowledge in Raw Materials Strong knowledge with Raw Materials Suppliers in the region Experience developing materials (5 years) •IFF Systems, Tools (Ariba, SAP, BW), •Procurement Process (Procurement process, strategic sourcing, Global Authorization Policy) •IFF Code of Conduct and FCPA •International business trade law and regulation •Be familiar with requirements from end user.
•Operation & Quality management, experience engaging cross functional teams Project management •Skillful in Project Management •Knowledge of Financial analysis, legal framework and business drivers.
•Project management/team leadership Supplier relations management •Mature experience identifying, developing and promoting new and existing supplier relationships locally Leadership •Plans and manages projects, anticipating risks and interdependencies.
•Skilled in leading through positive influence.
•Adept at working with teams of GP.
