Position Summary.
The Quality System Engineer is responsible for implementing, and maintaining the organization's quality systems to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
As well as coordinate Internal Quality Audits for the evaluation of the QMS effectiveness, liaison with Registrar company, follow up the effective implementation of corrective actions for the non-conformances identified during the internal audits, periodical reports to company management over the status of QMS processes, coordinate the training of QMS internal auditors, and document control activities.
This role will play a pivotal part in driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing audits, and collaborating across teams to maintain the highest levels of product and process quality.

Key Responsibilities.
1.
Quality Systems Management.
o Develop, maintain, and improve quality management systems (QMS) in compliance with standards such as IATF o Ensure QMS documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively implemented across the organization.

Compliance and Audits.
o Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and addressing findings in a timely manner.
o Stay current with industry regulations and standards, ensuring organizational compliance.

Process Improvement.
o Identify and lead initiatives to improve quality processes and systems.
o Analyze quality data and provide insights to support process enhancements.
4.
Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions.
o Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
o Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions to ensure sustained improvements.
5.
Collaboration and Training.
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain, to ensure quality standards are met.
o Train employees on quality processes, procedures, and tools as necessary.

Reporting and Documentation.
o Generate and present quality reports and metrics to leadership.
o Maintain detailed records of quality activities, including audits, inspections, and corrective actions.

o Follow up CTPAT Activities Qualifications and Skills.
· Education.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
· Experience.
o [2 years] of experience in quality systems management with ISO/TS or IATF, IATF Internal Auditor Certification, knowledge of Quality System Basic concepts, knowledge of Automotive industry core tools (APQP, Control Plan, FMEA, PPAP) related roles.
o Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred.
