Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
Auditing skills.
Teamwork skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
Responsibilities:
Managing non-conformities and corrective actions.
Conducting quality audits.
Handling client and third-party audits.
Supplier management.
Control and organization of archived records.
Updating and managing quality procedures and records.
Benefits:
Salary: $20,000 to $25,000 MXN per month.
Annual incentive: 15% based on performance.
Life insurance.
Social Security (IMSS).
Grocery vouchers: 10% monthly.
Savings fund: 10%.
Year-end bonus: 15 days.
