Come and join to the Passive Safety Systems Division, this position will be located at El Salvador which is a new plant for the Division.
Position Summary Ensure that the product leaves the plant according to the customer's requirements.
Responsibilities Support ZF DNA of Quality Strategy implementation at plant level Lead Head of Quality Plant to perform Management Review according ISO /IATF standard Drive compliance with quality management systems standards (ISO , IATF , VDA, etc.) and customer specific requirements Lead 3 rd Party Certification of quality management system standards (ISO , IATF , VDA, etc.) Lead compliance with customer quality certifications (e.

GM BIQS, Ford MSA, VW Formel Q, BWM Requalification of product and processes, etc.) Driving business processes identification, standardization and optimization.
Work as liaison with other support processes Lead External and Internal quality management system and process audit management (ISO , IATF , VDA, LPA, etc.) and customer specific requirements Responsible of document control of quality management system document/processes Required Skills & Experience.
Deep understanding of Operations and Quality Deep knowledge and understanding of quality management system standards (ISO , IATF , VDA, etc.) and customer specific requirement Robust global network with Divisional, Regional and Functional Heads Proven experience to successfully manage cross functional teams (direct and/or dotted reporting line teams) Be part of our ZF team as Quality Engineer and apply now!
