Develop, implement, and oversee quality control processes to meet company and regulatory standards.

Identify and resolve quality issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions to ensure ongoing quality improvements.

Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement quality best practices.

Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.

Maintain accurate records of quality issues, corrective actions, and process changes to support continuous improvement.
ustomer Interaction.
Work directly with customers to address quality concerns and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

Travel to the United States as needed to support quality initiatives, attend meetings, and conduct audits.
ualifications.
achelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
+ years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance, ideally in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
nowledge of quality management systems (ISO , IATF ).
trong analytical skills and experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and problem-solving techniques.
roficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, PPAP, APQP, and SPC.
trong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
