hat You Will DoCollaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, etc.) to develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with relevant standards (e.
., ISO , industry-specific regulations).
ead and participate in quality audits to identify potential problems and non-conformances in product design, development, and manufacturing processes.
nalyze and investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
evelop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and test plans.
onduct and document product inspections and testing to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
onitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
articipate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
tay up to date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to quality control.
rain and mentor junior quality engineers.
ommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding quality issues and initiatives.
ho You AreBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
inimum 5+ years of experience in a quality engineering role.
roven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining QMS.
trong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies (e.
., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
xperience with conducting quality audits and inspections.
xcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
trong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
bility to work independently and as part of a team.
roficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
xperience with quality control software (a plus).
luent in English and Spanish.
