ob SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Quality Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
eporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer role involves developing, implementing, coordinating, and performing a quality assurance program to prevent or eliminate defects in new or existing products.

evelops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
ollects, researches, evaluates, and presents information concerning factors such as business situations, production capabilities, manufacturing problems, and design and development of new products for consideration by other members of the management team.
uggests and debates alternative methods and procedures in solving problems and meeting changing market opportunities.
orks with other management personnel in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures, and goals.
evelops initial and subsequent modifications of the Design Quality Assurance program to delineate areas of control, personnel requirements, and operational procedures within the program.
onducts and participates in management meetings with design department heads to establish, delineate, and review program organizational policies, to coordinate functions and operations between departments, and to establish controls and procedures for attaining goals.
nterfaces with customers on technical/quality issues and improvement initiatives.
anages customer audits, internal audits, and regulatory/compliance agency audits.
eviews technical problems and procedures of departments and recommends solutions to problems or changes in procedures.
articipates and manages the Design Site Corrective Action process.
onfers with engineers about quality assurance of new products designed and manufactured products on the market to rectify problems.
eviews technical publications, articles, and abstracts to stay abreast of technical developments in the industry.
