QUALITY AUXILIARY JOB DETAILS | KELLANOVA

If you’re ready to bring the best, come join the Customer Service & Logistics Mexico team as a Quality Auxiliary.
You’ll be responsible for performing product quality assurance audits during unloading and loading process to guarantee that all products meet customer quality expectations.
This is a fully on-site role located in Querétaro with the expectation to be in the office everyday (Monday-Friday).
Based on your performance, you’ll have the opportunity to grow in your role.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing   Quality Assurance.
Implement and supervise standards for quality product assurance according to specifications.
Documentation.
Keep updated records of inspection results and test reports, and support investigations and action plans for customer complaints.
Packing Inspection.
Support and inspection during packing test.
Quality Communication.
Communicate to operations leads quality deviations found during inspections and propose short term actions.
Damage Evaluation.
Evaluate shipping and storage damage as required and control movement of material through placement of “holds”.
We’re Looking for Someone With   Microsoft Office knowledge.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to build and lead effective teams.
Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
