QUALITY AUDITOR PROCESSING

El Auditor de Calidad es responsable durante un turno y se encarga de establecer los estándares de calidad en este proceso, colaborando con producción y partes interesadas para alcanzar el nivel de calidad deseado.
Responsabilidades Aseguramiento de calidad.
verificar los elementos visuales, funcionales y dimensionales utilizando los estándares de LEGO, como el Product Safety Handbook, el Product Quality Handbook, las definiciones globales de errores, la Visual Quality Guide y documentos locales.
Auditorías y controles de calidad.
realizar auditorías y controles de calidad aleatorios en diferentes tecnologías de producción.
Seguimiento de material no conforme.
gestionar las quejas internas y de clientes relacionadas con material no conforme, dar disposiciones siguiendo los procedimientos, rastrear material defectuoso y realizar contenciones en el área, almacén o con el cliente.
Colaboración y comunicación.
asegurar una entrega de turno efectiva y comunicar decisiones de calidad relevantes para la calibración y alineación de los colegas.
