implementing Early Equipment Management (EEM) Pillar through application of principles and tools supporting other cluster.
* Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in Welding Process, MIG; TIG manual and automatic equipments.
* Bachelor's degree in Robotic, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, Aeronautical, Controls, Systems, ChemEng, Physics or related engineering field from an ABET accredited/equivalent university.
* Proficiency communicating in technical English language.
Highly developed communications skills.
* Soft skills.
Self-directed, collaborative (teamwork), ownership, sense of urgency/ agile, achiever, leadership & project management skills.
* Mig Welding and TIG welding experince on fine tuning, adjusted parameters * Prior experience with software Lincon, Weld Spun, WTC * Trained and with experience in problem solving methods like Kaizen, Shainin (Red-X), RPS.
