QA TESTER

We are looking for QA Tester Main Responsibilities.
The tester will help us shorten the feedback loop during SITs, UATs, and production, ensuring faster identification and resolution of issues, and minimizing delays in releases.
Performing System Integration Testing (SITs) Supporting in Certification Testing.
Track and report any bugs or issues identified during SITs, UATs/Certification and production.
Collaborate with the deployment and development teams to escalate and resolve certification-related issues.
Re-test end to end solutions Provide feedback for Continuous Improvement Requirements.
Experience in Testing.
3+ years of experience in QA testing, preferably with experience in SITs, UATs, and production environments.
Technical Knowledge.
Experience in testing web-based applications, API testing, and system integrations (CRM, Genesys).
Tools.
Experience with JIRA for bug tracking and reporting.
Process Knowledge.
Understanding of the full QA lifecycle, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
Problem-Solving.
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues promptly Hybrid position in Monterrey We Offer.
