#WelcomeToCognizant! We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as QA Lead The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Auto Functional/Regression Testing, API testing, Automated Testing, Mobile Testing, and more.
Ideally possess a strong background in Industrial Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management domains.
(CET timezone) What you’ll do.
· Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of testing projects to ensure high-quality software products.
· Oversee the development and implementation of automated testing frameworks and tools · Provide expertise in Auto Functional/Regression Testing to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
· Conduct API testing to validate the functionality and performance of web services.
· Implement and manage automated testing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
· Perform Mobile Testing to ensure compatibility and performance across various devices.
· Utilize REST/API Service Testing to verify the integrity and reliability of APIs.
· Employ Defect Tracking Tools like JIRA to monitor and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
· Apply Agile Methodologies to enhance collaboration and streamline testing processes.
· Integrate DevOps Concepts to facilitate continuous integration and continuous delivery.
· Use GIT for version control and collaboration on test scripts and code.
· Manage Test and Defect Management processes to ensure timely resolution of issues.
· Generate Test Metrics and Reporting to provide insights into testing progress and quality.
· Utilize Selenium for automated browser testing to ensure web application functionality.
· Apply SQL skills to validate data integrity and perform database testing.
