QA ANALYST INTERN

As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products by reviewing, executing, and analyzing test cases provided by internal and external stakeholders.
You will work closely with both support and development teams to resolve product quality issues.
We are seeking applicants with strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What you will be doing.
Execute test checklists reported by support, customers, and other internal stakeholders to review product features and functionality.
Analyze test results to determine test success or failure.
Work closely with engineers and product owners to determine proper software results and outcomes.
Record defects found in testing using the approved defect tracking software.
Communicate findings and exchange information with internal groups.
What you will likely bring.
Currently enrolled and pursuing a BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 1 year to graduate.
Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC) is required.
Ability to work with team members to resolve testing problems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with co-workers and department contacts.
English speaking and comprehension skills.
Proficiency in analyzing and troubleshooting software issues.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Proactive approach to learning and applying new concepts.
