om About the role The Purchasing/Planning Supervisor is responsible for the efficient planning and allocation of raw materials in UMD-MX, ensuring that orders are issued to suppliers and that supplier performance is monitored.
This role also involves handling forecasts as an asset for long-term planning and ensuring that order material planning is successful and capacity is used efficiently.
Key Responsabilities.
• Ensure that orders are issued to suppliers, and supplier performance is monitored in UMD-MX.
• Planning raw material requirements based on order requirements for production.
• Efficient production scheduling for both plants, ensuring it is released on time every week for the production areas • Location and quantity of raw materials are accurately reflected in the MRP and Inventory system.
• Coordinate PO's and deliveries of components from Infusion Device and other suppliers in coordination with the Logistic Department in DK.
Requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related careers.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in Planning/Purchasing and/or Materials Management roles.
• Knowledge in MRP.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
• English proficiency.
Intermediate - Advanced.
