Good communication skills, fluent in English Computer skills Computer knowledge and use of multiple programs Phone skills to place customer calls as necessary Excellent communication skills – verbal and written Attention to detail and accuracy Main Responsabilities.
Provide the status of their order Assistance with the Zeus Ordering mobile app Order cancellations/revisions Answer calls from suppliers for.
Order revisions Order update information Re-transmit of orders Agents will place calls to suppliers for.
Order updates Requesting quote updates (buyers will determine sources, but agents may be asked to call suppliers for an update) *Location in Ciudad Obregón, Parque Tecnológico SonoraSoft (locations)
