DESCRIPTION Assure the closure of 8D´s reports. Apply 5S methodology. Planning of projects assigned to the Automotive Laboratory department. Management and allocation of Interior\/Exterior time and resources.
Main channel of communication with the client about the technical progress of projects in collaboration. Administrative support to Interior\/Exterior in collaboration with the PL and the Head (project billing, follow-up with the Finance area). Communication and coordination of resources and personnel in collaboration with the Head and Project Leader between departments (MVS, Maintenance, Quality, HR). Coordination of meetings and\/or visits between clients and the Interior\/Exterior department.
REQUIREMENTS Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering o r related 1+ year of experience in the automotive industry. Knowledge of project management and \/ or planning (Basic). Knowledge of plastic and\/or metal automobile parts language.
(Basic). Gather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements.
