Your Role and Responsibilities As a project manager SAP, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner responsible for selling, leading, and implementing expert services using the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies.
A successful SAP Consultant is considered by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions for solving the most challenging business problems.
You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise This position plans, executes, and finalizes projects, according to schedule and within budget.
Candidates in this role acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members including third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
Individuals define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle \u Plans and directs the installation of Information Technology projects within the SAP ERP, supply chain and finance disciplines.
Provide project leadership on S4 HANA ERP projects to ensure timely and effective project execution.
Preferably certified PMP or Agile Safe SPC certified.
Preferred experience in SAP modules including FICO core modules including FI-GL/AP/Logistics Invoice Verification, Materials Management and Sales and Distribution.
\u Provides formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned team(s) to ensure timely and effective project execution.
Participates in employee development, coaching, and ongoing performance management.

Owns the planning, estimation, design, configuration, testing, and production release on financial projects which typically involve and impact multiple business areas.
\u Interacts with business leadership and key stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate effort/cost, prioritize work, develop enhancements, coordinate testing, and perform change management.
Indirectly manages project team, individual contributors, and consultants within area of discipline.
Promotes and encourages collaboration and transparency and builds trusting relationships between business, delivery, and other entities within the organization \u Manages program and release backlogs, as well as team and program objectives Tracks, promotes, and publishes completed program initiatives, epics and business value metrics following Agile methodology.
Manages risk and dependencies, communicates and escalates impediments to facilitate transparency, and reduces bottlenecks.
Ensures adherence to -/+ 5% say/do ratio to budget.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Deep experience with the Agile development methodology and tools such as Atlassian Jira software is a must have.
