Job Description.
As a Project Manager at Ingenia, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing digital projects for our clients.
You'll be responsible for overseeing project development, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining high-quality standards.
This role requires a combination of project management skills, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus, and substantial experience in digital development and marketing project management.
Key Responsibilities.
Project Planning.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Client Communication.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
This includes client meetings, status updates, and addressing client concerns and feedback.
Team Management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to coordinate project activities, delegate tasks, and ensure project milestones are met.
Budget and Resource Management.
Monitor project budgets, allocate resources, and control project costs effectively to maximize profitability.
Risk Management.
Identify potential risks, issues, and roadblocks and proactively address them to keep projects on track.
Quality Assurance.
Ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and quality standards.
Bilingual Communication.
Facilitate effective communication between English-speaking and Spanish-speaking team members and clients, ensuring that language does not hinder the project's progress.
Documentation.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.
., Business, Marketing, Project Management).
Proven experience in project management within a digital agency or similar field.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages is a plus.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Substantial experience in digital development and marketing project management.
Experience with project management tools and software.
Knowledge of digital marketing and web development concepts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with agile project management methodologies.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools.
