coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities and meet project milestones.
*technical oversight.
provide technical oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring engineering solutions meet design requirements and quality standards.
*risk management.
identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines, budgets, or deliverables.
*stakeholder communication.
communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and expectations.
*budget management.
monitor project budgets and expenditures, tracking costs and managing variances to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
*schedule management.
manage project schedules, identifying critical path activities and dependencies, and taking proactive measures to prevent delays and ensure on-time delivery.
*documentation and reporting.
