stakeholder communication.
communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and expectations.

budget management.
monitor project budgets and expenditures, tracking costs and managing variances to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
7.
quality assurance.
ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project, conducting reviews and audits to maintain product quality.

schedule management.
manage project schedules, identifying critical path activities and dependencies, and taking proactive measures to prevent delays and ensure on-time delivery.

documentation and reporting.
