They handle a variety of processes, including laser cutting, plastic injection molding, bending, spot welding, assembly lines, TIGMIG welding, and CNC punching.
Job Overview
The Project Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and technical skills, along with excellent communication and project management abilities. They will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project objectives are met within defined timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities and Duties
Project Planning and Execution Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of manufacturing projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline.
Feasibility Analysis Conduct feasibility assessments for proposed projects, evaluating technical and logistical requirements and proposing solutions.
Technical Expertise Apply engineering principles and best practices to solve manufacturing challenges, create detailed engineering drawings, develop manufacturing processes, and maintain Bills of Materials BOM.
Quotation Collaboration Work with the sales team to develop accurate project cost estimates and quotes.
Crossfunctional Collaboration Coordinate with design, production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans.
Documentation and Reporting Maintain project documentation and communicate status, milestones, and metrics to stakeholders.
Compliance and Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with manufacturing regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in project engineering, with a focus on feasibility assessments, cost estimation, and project management.
Strong skills and understanding of SOLIDWORKS.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
