About the Role In this opportunity as a Project Coordinator, you will.
Ensure that each request has the tools it needs to meet project milestones Create project schedules that include materials estimates and resource needs to be submitted to management Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for Studio Leads Work within project management software solutions Work with team members and clients to handle project issues as they arise Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives Ensuring that clientsâ needs are met as the project evolves Break projects into doable actions via templates and set timeframes with Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management Analyze risks and opportunities Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures About You Youâre a fit for the role if your background includes.
College degree in Marketing Communications or Business Administration or related field Project Management Certification (preferred) Four to six years + agency (or corporate/in-house) experience in Account or Project Management role.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision Demonstrated an understanding of project management concepts Strong knowledge of written and digital project management tools Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role Experience in project management, from conception to delivery An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans Experience using Workfront (Work Management Software) a plus.
