We are currently seeking a Project Coordination Business Analysis Analyst to join our team in Mexico, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).
•    Communications.
Assist the Communications team with communications for the CGO and Sales Enablement (SE) team •    Project Coordination.
Support daily operations, manage project statuses, priorities, and deadlines for the SE team •    Collaboration.
Work independently and with internal team leads to meet deadlines and ensure content meets corporate standards •    Meetings.
Participate in and support status update meetings •    Surveys.
Create surveys and format survey reports •    Documentation.
Assist in creating documentation for programs, courses, and online training •    Catalog Maintenance.
Maintain the SE catalog of programs and courses •    Organizational Chart.
Keep the SE Team's organizational chart up to date  •    Process Improvement.
Provide feedback on support process improvements •    Other Duties.
Perform additional tasks as required Minimum experience, 2 years.
