You will play a leading role in in managing the construction process of high-end branded residences and luxury homes.
The position is based on Los Cabos, Mexico.
\u003Cb>What the job involves\u003C/b> \u003Cbr /> \u003Cbr /> \u003Cul> \u003Cli>Lead the construction of diverse projects and ensure on time delivery within budget\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Supervise the project on site on a regular basis to manage the project effectively\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Establish standard construction policies & procedures for monitoring and maintaining budget/costs and mitigate the risks associated with the construction\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Lead the preconstruction activities with the development and property management teams, focusing on maintaining company standards\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Supervise and effectively coordinate subcontractors, construction management partners and project consultants\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Implement lean construction techniques to measure and control projects, while simultaneously reducing costs & time and improving quality & execution\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Manage project plans in alignment with scope, time, cost, quality, and resources available, including the oversight/review of procurement, submittal and change order schedules\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Provide regular reports and updates on projects' advances to internal and external stakeholders\u003C/li> \u003C/ul> \u003Cb>Who we are looking for\u003C/b> \u003Cbr /> \u003Cbr /> \u003Cul> \u003Cli>Solid construction experience, ideally with hospitality and luxury projects, vertical residential or mixed-use developments\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture or related field\u003C/li> \u003Cli>Skilled in handling multiple tasks, with the ability to deliver against budget, schedules.
