What's the Role? The purpose of the role is to own project ship-to territories, promoting all Hilti relevant solutions by providing commerical support and coordinate support from other Hilti functions on key construction project sites - responsible to overall project sales results.
Main tasks include working with the sales department to ensure the successful sales result and working with others support department and management teams as necessary to achieve this goal.

What does the role involve? 1 The PAM must also monitor and provide necessary pricing and discount for assigned focus projects customers with full co-operation with AM's and ASM's.
2 Provide the leadership and direction at the start of the project by penetrating all site key decision makers such as consultants, owners, contractors and others to create HILTI product awareness through various means of relationship marketing strategy.
3 Accountable to achieve sales target plan for designed focus projects through effective leadership and teamwork with AM's and FE’s of assigned focus projects to achieve targeted result.
(Must be able to independently handle daily technical and sales requirements.) immediate tasks to be carried out in hands-on manner, longer term task to be assigned.
Feedback to SBM when additional resources are needed which able to justify volume of sales to achieve project targets.
4 Plan and implement a systematic project management approach to all focus project contractors and consultant to successfully sell technical specifications of the company’s product lines.
5 Use combination of a direct sales approach, conducting seminar, direct mail and other innovative communication means to achieve objectives.
6 Provide technical support and advice to be focus project customer and AM’s on the product line consistent with the Company’s objectives and marketing strategy.
This would include application problems, job-site attendance, testing, product performance and liability, customer complaints, etc.
7 Responsible to create tracking folder and keep up-to-date for assigned focus projects with following information.
Project information of each project Customer database Project status with action plans for each project penetration Key potential application tracking Specifications of proposal tracking 8 Undertake job-site testing of our anchors and fasteners at consultant’s and customer’s requests, providing the necessary results on the specified form.

9 Carry out all responsibilities according to the Hilti (Malaysia) quality system as outlined in the quality manual, especially for introduction of new products, specifications by field engineers, testing & customer instruction and complaint handling processes.
Provide feedback for process Improvement to the process owners on-going.
10 Report to focus project team members at Focus project meetings on the results of focus projects efforts, including current and total project sales result, current issues and problems, and upcoming activities on the project.
11 Act as main MO contact for all international enquiries, both within Hilti and with customers, regarding focus project issues.
12 Regular site visits to access progress, opportunities and obstacles.
13 To develop of assigned sector, to train AM’s to understand and anticipate jobsite application and create awareness of the sales opportunities.
14 Regular feedback to ASM’s, as to jobsite penetration capabilities and areas for improvement of their subordinate on focus project.
15 Pass product ideas to Product Management where new or non-standard product could lead to substantial sales opportunity.
16 To develop HILTI ‘Added Value’ concept, new product application and project activities to improve project penetration.
17 Responsible to fulfill all PMP targets.

What you need is.
Degree in business or other related disciplines At least 2 years of sales experience in serving corporate accounts with proven success record (experience in construction industry is an added plus) Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong winning mindset and never satisfy attitude to motivate one’s own self-development Strong planning and organizational skills, independent, dynamic and highly motivated Someone with high ambition and potential to excel and develop their long term career at Hilti Why should you apply?
