PROGRAM MANAGER 4- PRODDEV

As a Technical Program Manager for Autonomous Dedicated, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing projects related to the development and operation of systems, regions / realms and applications for Oracle's marquee Autonomous Database Cloud Service.
This may include working with developers, operations teams, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize needs, develop plans, and coordinate resources.
areer Level - IC4 Some specific responsibilities might include.
Developing and maintaining project plans, including project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines Collaborating with ADBD Operations and Support to track customer critical deliverables/fixes Identifying and handling dependencies and risks associated with projects Coordinating resources and tasks across multiple teams and disciplines Collaborating with developers and operations teams to understand and address technical challenges Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the appropriate level of quality Monitoring and reporting on project progress to stakeholders Improving processes and tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the development and operations teams.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background, excellent communication and organization skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with agile software development methodologies, as well as familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, is also beneficial.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
