What Operations Management contributes to Cardinal Health Operations is responsible for materials handling and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
Includes warehousing and fulfillment of materials and products, transportation, inventory management as well as demand, supply and manufacturing planning.
Operations Management is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Operations function.
Qualifications 4-8 years of experience, preferred Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred English.
Intermediate - Advanced What is expected of you and others at this level Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects May contribute to the development of policies and procedures Works on complex projects of large scope Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives Completes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues Time availability Candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.
