PRODUCTION OPERATOR - ADMIN ASSISTANT

We are hiring a Production Operator - Admin Assistant to join our team!  You will operate machinery and equipment, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
You will also have assigned administrative tasks as well.
Responsibilities.
Operate, maintain, and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries Maintain office supplies and handle inventory Organize and file records, documents, and correspondence Assist in the preparation of regular reports and data entry Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and conferences Provide support to team members and management as needed Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical failures Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion Perform routine basic maintenance Adhere to safety policies and procedures Qualifications.
Must have a minimum of 1 year previous experience in administrative, production, manufacturing or other related fields Must be able to lift up to 25lbs by yourself Familiarity with manual record keeping filling forms Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Bilingual English/Spanish is desirable.

Documents are required to work in the USA  *  Location 20 minutes from the Cordova Americas Bridge or Zaragoza Bridge.
