Bachelors degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
4 years of experience in production management
Experience with standars IAatf 16949, reporting on key production metrics, budgeting and cost control
Softskills adaptability, continous improvement,
English Fluent
Activities
Estimate costs and prepare budgets.
Plans and executes production schedule to meet specifications and deadlines.
Monitor production to resolve issues.
Serupvise and evaluate the performance of production personnel
Motivating, supporting, and providing guidance to production staff.
Develops, implements, and reports on key production metrics and their improvement.
Responsible for continuous improvement.
Responsible for maintenance.
Ensure output meets quality standards.
Report to upper management.
Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.
Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacuring operationst
