Job Summary   Responsible for implementing strategies that team members use to achieve a goal, delegating tasks based on each member's strengths and skills and offering the training necessary to complete certain tasks.

Create action plans to promote an environment where the best people come to do their best work (Engagement)         Administrates and ensures operation and production plan to achive key indicators from the area.
Develop and implement processes improvements using BSF toolkit that impacts safety, quality, productivity and service level.
Education (minimum education required) Bachelor of Engineering Skills and Minimum Experience Required   High knowledge in Microsoft tools such as.
Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook          Able to read and analize data and charts.
