• coordinates team members with objectives/task for the shift in assigned area.
• effectively communicate clear instructions, process, and information to team members.
• monitor and report progress to coach of day-to-day operations.
• create and distribute reports to update the company on the team’s progress.
• reassign team members as needed to balance workflow.
• cross trains team members.
• resolve minor work issues affecting current production.
• monitor and ensures quality of products/processes conform to lzb specifications/standards.
• conduct audits as needed.
• works on or completes additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• monitor and ensure team members are performing their responsibilities according to the training.
• provide support and mentoring for new and current team members while training.
• follow health and safety standards and provides safety guidance to the team
