urpose of the RoleAs a Product Specialist at ZEISS, you'll join as an integral part of the marketing team, designing and driving the IOL's Intraocular Lens marketing.
ou will drive sustainable sales growth and market penetration for ZEISS by implementing value-added solutions and managing sales channels.
To support your approach, you will utilize your in-depth product knowledge, competitive analysis, pricing strategies and clinical use of the product.
ey Objectives and Requirements of the Role.
evelop strategies for managing a portfolio of assigned products throughout their life cycle including new launches through developing an understanding of the market through customer visits and external research tools.
ollaborate on the development of consumer education programmes, through workshops, seminars and the ZEISS Academy to build customer loyalty in Mexico.
rovide sales support to promote the product portfolio to potential customers, including providing clinical, technical and application support to improve user awareness and provide troubleshooting support related to the product and base configurations.
upply the commercial team with training and certification programs related to ongoing updates to equipment and hardware/software for the designated product line.
equired Knowledge \u ExperienceMust have.
Years proven sales or marketing experience in the medical industry, IOLs, hospital environment or medical equipment.
achelors Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Veterinary Medicine, Optometry, Dentistry or relevant field.
arket knowledge of the specified product line.
asters Degree in Marketing.
RM Management Experience.
