Product Owner CRM & Data (C12) The Product Owner CRM & DATA is a developing professional role.
Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems.
Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices.
Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the sub function/ job family.
Product Owner is very much a strategic role.
The person in this role needs to understand the business, technical details, features, functions, and stories within an Agile environment, and align these items to the strategy of an organization.
Having access to high-level strategy all the way down to granular details is vital for a Product Owner to know.
It’s crucial for product owners to be on top of essential quantitative data, such as patterns of behavior users represent or the health of business KPIs.
That’s the best way to understand which initiatives are moving the needle.
This role will champion and lead robust new functionalities of the Citibanamex CRM (“Portal Unico”) and Mobile platforms to drive acquisition, retention, client’s experiences, and brand loyalty.
In close collaboration with Tech teams, this role will help deliver an omnichannel and full connected experience for our banker in branches and contact center.
Key Responsibilities.
Setting up the product vision, handling the product backlog and Providing acceptance criteria.
Understand user needs, pain points and make sure are aligned with business goals.
Ownership and knowledge about the key metrics of business impacts, such us profit, sales, NPS etc.
Work together with other areas of the Bank (Technology, UX, Marketing, Product, Segment, Branches and Contact Center, etc.) to design and implement recommendations which provide high Portal Unico impact.
Identify high impact opportunities and propose bold changes that will translate into customer centricity, digital client’s growth, incremental revenues and NPS improvement, through the usage and adoption of Portal Unico.
Full ownership of setting up, Portal Unico new projects and deep understanding of the current ecosystem to maximize building blocks across personalization ecosystem.
Create synergies with Analytics, Personalization Team, and other relevant areas.
Summarize key findings and present to top management.
Development of a roadmap for the CRM & Data product platforms, working closely with Product Managers, SMEs, Technology and broader team, reflecting business priorities and user needs.
Act as a point of contact for the CRM & Data platforms based on comprehensive understanding of the current implementation, including functionality, data, and processes and transforming business needs into tech and functional definitions.
Proactively assessing and managing appropriateness of solutions and risks across all products/work streams.
Ensuring timely escalation and mitigation of the risks to avoid impact to the project delivery.
Daily deliverable of routine and defined outputs, while at the same time developing knowledge of the broader context in which the work is being performed.
Reporting including status reports/trackers.
Be able to effectively deliver the key message around the initiatives to business and leaders.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Requirements/Qualifications.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking industry.
Minimum Five years of experience working in one or more of the following fields.
information technology, financial services, product services, computer science, computer information systems, or a related field.

Advanced knowledge of CRM products (Salesforce) development concepts, practices, standards, and processes.
(Required).
Analytical mindset, with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance measurement.
(Required).
Advanced problem-solving skills; ability to identify root problems and scope solutions based on knowledge of resources, timelines, vision and strategy.
Seeks information from diverse sources to inform solutions.
Advanced organizational skills, ability to balance priorities, deliver concurrent projects to various stakeholders.
Ability to work in a project-based environment using project management practices.

Proven track record of delivering successful Technology products and solution implementations that meet user needs and drive value.
(Required) Technology background and experience in electronic banking channels will be a great asset.
Thinks creatively and introduces innovations such as the incorporation of new technologies or processes.

Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process; Curiosity and ability to ask the right questions; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Proactive and inquisitive individual who takes ownership and challenges the status-quo; Fast learner with “can do” attitude; Able to think “out-of-the-box”; English level (spoken & written) Ability to think strategically and the ability to engage resources outside of their direct control to achieve objectives; Know-how on BI and analytic tools (SQL, Tableau, SAS, Power BI) Big data experience will be a plus (Python, R, etc.) MBA, master’s or related – desirable.
