About the Role In this opportunity as a Product Engineer, Intern - Part Time, you will.
Assist with application support and troubleshooting activities; identifying bugs and helping with fixes.
Develop software with guidance from a lead or other team member.
Develop in Java, Javascript/Angular, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle and related technologies.
Contributing towards design reviews, code reviews and test case reviews.
Collaborating with other developers and internal Thomson Reuters staff to define requirements, build prototypes, and implement features.
About You You’re a fit for the role if your background includes.
In your last year of studies for your Bachelor's Degree or freshly graduated with a Computer Science or related degree.
Knowledge in Java and Web-based applications.
Demonstrate understanding of the software development lifecycle, testing principles, and development methodologies.
Demonstrate curiosity and an excellent capacity for learning.
Demonstrated problem solving and issue resolution skills.
Demonstrate ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing; asks questions and checks for understanding.
Strong English skills.
Team player who loves to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
