To support our teams building great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Product Engineer located in A1 Facility, Independencia II, Cd Juárez.

This role maintains test equipment (Fixtures- FW/FVT) in optimal conditions for the process in the PCBA's, provide interdepartmental support when required, likewise maintaining control and development to protect and maintain the quality of our product and customer.
Main daily activities.
Department overall planning, management and process formulation Cross-departmental cooperation, communication and coordination Class-level work assignment and coordination New project planning and work assignment Quality system promotion Various expenses and budget control Allocation and utilization of manpower and resources within the department Employee problem solving and spiritual counseling Lead the staff to complete various production tasks and eliminate abnormalities The experience we’re looking.
Bachelor’s degree in systems, electrical-electronics, Digital, Mechatronics.
1+ years in engineering or manufacturing test or related.
English 70% or above preferable.
Knowledge to measure voltage, continuity, and amperage.
Initiative and proactivity knowledge of computer equipment Responsibility Attention to details Safety and quality first mindset Skill to detect and correct faults in electronic and pneumatic operations Team Work Adaptability to changes What you’ll receive for the great work you provide.
