Responsibilities Understand internaland external customer design requirements.
Create design.
Communicate design.
Validate design.
Launch product.
Utilize PRP to guide Launch Process.
Capture lessons learned.
Develop tactical plans to meet deliverables.
Deliver design within engineering budget and BOM cost targets.
Communicateeffectively both internally and externally.
Apply structured problem-solvingmethods for issue resolution.
Manage program risk.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent degree in a technical field (manufacturing, mechanical, chemical, materials science, industrial & operations, etc.) 0-4+ years of experience in automotive interiors.
Position requires travel, including overnight travel.
