1.- possesses basic knowledge of sheet metal construction.
2.- reviews sheet metal submittal package drawings.
3.- analyzes work and process requirements required to perform specific sheet metal assembly task.
4.- from these analysis, develops work instructions required to safely and efficiently complete the task.
5.- works with quality control and engineering to maintain the work instructions.
6.- supports process engineering through ongoing collaboration of facilities infrastructure improvement projects.
7.- communicates directly with engineering, quality control, manufacturing and operations.
8.- generates documents and instructions to support the processes required to manufacture custom hvac equipment solutions..
9.- creates drawings and details using autocad software.
