We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our team.
As a Product Designer at Rankmi, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our cutting-edge talent management software.
s a Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with our product managers and developers to create innovative solutions that improve the user experience.
You will be responsible for designing mockups and prototypes, conducting user research and testing, and iterating on designs based on feedback.
Additionally, you will work closely with the development team to ensure that your designs are implemented accurately and effectively.

esponsibilities Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our talent management software Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user requirements into design concepts Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate and validate designs Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on user insights Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and effective implementation of designs Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design Assist in the creation and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and documentation
