PRODUCT DESIGN LEAD - UI/UX DESIGN SENIOR | HÍBRIDO

  Requirements Proven experience as a Design Manager or senior Product Designer, leading and mentoring design teams. Deep understanding of design principles, processes, tools, and methodologies (e.g., user research, prototyping, usability testing). Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills. Expertise in inclusive, accessible, and user-centric design practices. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and prototyping software. Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven design decisions. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product design, with 3+ years in a managerial role.   Responsibilities Lead a team of product designers and oversee the design process for one or more products across the entire product lifecycle. Partner with cross-functional teams like product management and engineering to align on the user experience vision and ensure a cohesive design across the product portfolio. Manage and mentor the design team, providing guidance, feedback, and support for their professional development. Establish and uphold design standards, best practices, processes, and guidelines to ensure high-quality, user-centric, and accessible designs. Conduct user research, gather insights, and advocate for user needs throughout the design process. Oversee the creation and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries. Collaborate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure alignment on design objectives and priorities. Evaluate design feasibility, optimize designs, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
