As a Procurement Sourcing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the HR&M category for Americas.
We’re on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability.
If you match this description, get in touch! What you’ll do Indirect purchasing focused on Human Resources (experience in Industrial category like forklifts, capex, waste management, cropping etc., will be a plus).
Working with Americas team (México, US and Canada).
Negotiation with suppliers.
Establishing networking with internal stakeholders.
Key point of contact for the IMS team.
Finding new cost initiatives.
Playing as a leader within the IMS Americas organization.
Your qualifications Bachelor's degree completed.
MBA or similar is desirable.
More than 5 years of experience in Procurement.
Large experience in Indirect Procurement/Purchasing (especially indirect services in HR).
Experience in large Global companies.
Experience in Industrial purchasing is desirable.
Excellent understanding of procurement processes.
High negotiation skills, also analytical and technical aptitude.
Fluency in English is MANDATORY.

Able to work remotely, with teams and management outside México.
