We are currently searching for a Job Position.
Responsibilities Perform direct and indirect procurement of products and services.
Negotiate prices and conditions with vendors, prepare evaluation matrices.
Handle urgent requests and interact with users for problem-solving.
Process data in SAP, prepare comparison charts in Excel.
Validate procurement data and coordinate technical tests.
Audit processed purchase orders and manage exceptions to resolution.
Ensure compliance with guidelines and SLA requirements.
Initiate actions to solve operational problems and drive process optimization.
Update and maintain process documentation.
Support knowledge sharing and training for team members.
Requirements Higher education degree in Business Administration or related field.
1+ year of transactional procurement experience, preferably in MRO.
Understanding of supply chain processes and SAP purchasing module.
Mid-level proficiency in English and Excel.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Desired Conflict resolution skills.
Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
Languages Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
