eporting to the Director, Operations Engineering, the Process Engineering Manager role will be responsible for directing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the organization related to the engineering function.
Accountable for managing and overseeing the methods, processes, and operations for both new and existing products.
Ensures the effective use of materials, equipment, and resources in producing cost-effective, quality products and customer solutions.

esigns, implements, and develops product \u process controls, testing, and manufacturing processes.
anages staff, resource allocation and assigns tasks to engineering and technical personnel.
eads process engineering team in the development of new products introduction, design intent, process controls, documentation.

ollaborates with other team leaders and departments.
roficiency using presentation software to explain complex information to non-technical management team members and customers.
bility to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously.
dvanced experience using computer-aided design (CAD) platforms.
roficient experience using AGILE document management system.
ssists product support areas in gathering and analyzing data.
articipates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and objectives.
rives engineering strategies to deliver customer requirements and recommend Flex capabilities in manufacturing and engineering services.
