Schedule:

Training: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:40 PM
Operations: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Sunday and Tursday Off (The operating schedule rotates each week, with the day off alternating between Saturday, Friday, or Thursday)

Requirements:

-Proficiency in both English and Spanish (B2 level)
-Basic computer and typing skills
-Must have valid Mexican documents
-Call Center or Claims-related experience is preferred
