This person would be involved in architecture, design, prototype, development and maintenance of the various aspects of Database on Cloud releases.
The position is open in our Mexico location.
Qualifications and experience.
BS or MS (Computer Sc, Electronics or Electrical Engg).
minimum of 8 years of experience with at least 3 years in Cloud technologies Experience working with Cloud infrastructure APIs, REST API model, and developing REST APIs Strong Database Management knowledge and understanding of the Database eco-system Competency in programming with Java, PERL or Python, Linux, Shell Scripting Ability to design large, scalable systems for enterprise customers Concepts of multi-tenancy.
DB-as-a-Service (DBaaS) or similar (PaaS, IaaS), cloud security, Multicloud (Azure,GCP,AWS) virtualization and Service Level Availability a strong plus Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills Experience in LCM (Life Cycle Management) on Cloud preferred Networking (Designing Virtual private networks, virtual cloud networks, subnet and security lists, DNS) Kubernetes operations Containerization with Docker and Helm Charts Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OKE, Compute, DBaaS, Autonomous DB, Networking, Log Analytics, IDCS, etc.) Career Level - IC5 Responsibilities.
