Posición.
JEFE DE GRUPO AVANZADO - PLANT STAFF Tu principal objetivo será.
Improve product reliability for new product preparation and mass production products.
Responsabilidades de la posición.
1.
Evaluate the current assurance level of the line.
2.
Analysis the mixed, wrong assembly, lack of components and all the possible defects that can be generate in each process, creating a matrix to understand the situation of the line.
3.
Create a Kaizen Plan in order to increase the assurance level and avoid the defect generation or flow out.
4.
Coordinate meeting at Genba with all departments related to the new or current product to define kaizen activities to be implement.
5.
Kaizen Plan Follow up and prepare the result to be explain in the different meetings with top management (NPC - MRM - 2QA Meeting) 5.
Create Job Instruction Sheets based on QA Network Analysis.
6.
Support with CR / ACARS Problems.
7.
Investigate the new products plan that will be install in order to create the working plan.
