Role Purpose.
As a Planning Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience.
You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert support throughout the planning, certification, and invoicing process.
Your responsibilities will include.
Managing client relationships and resolving complex queries Planning assessor assignments based on codes, qualifications, locations, and costs Analyzing and understanding regular reports (Power BI) Collaborating effectively in a global company environment Key Responsibilities.
Provide high-quality support to clients throughout the planning, certification, and invoicing process Act as a single point of contact for clients, resolving complex queries and issues Plan assessor assignments based on codes, qualifications, locations, and costs Analyze and understand regular reports (Power BI) Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a global company environment Contribute to a diverse and inclusive work culture Qualifications and Skills.
