Responsibilities include
Managing access controls, surveillance, and security personnel.
Conducting audits to identify vulnerabilities and improve security infrastructure.
Staying updated on compliance regulations SOC I II, PCI, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO27001.
Leading emergency response planning and incident management.
Providing employee training on security protocols.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
Strong knowledge of security technologies and U.S. banking compliance standards.
Experience in risk assessment, incident management, and policy development.
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
