Responsibilities include:
- Managing access controls, surveillance, and security personnel.
- Conducting audits to identify vulnerabilities and improve security infrastructure.
- Staying updated on compliance regulations (SOC I & II, PCI, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO27001).
- Leading emergency response planning and incident management.
- Providing employee training on security protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of security technologies and U.S. banking compliance standards.
- Experience in risk assessment, incident management, and policy development.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
